Kasa Café came to us with a simple question:

How do we stand out in a city full of cafés?



Located in Fitzrovia - one of London’s most café-saturated neighborhoods.

Kasa has great coffee, a beautiful space, and the occasional event.

But what they didn’t have was a reason for people to return,

beyond just a good flat white.


They didn’t just want to be another café. They wanted to become a space for creativity, community and culture - a home away from home. A place where conversations, ideas, and collaborations naturally brewed. That’s where we came in.

Built out a lead pipeline for events, from inbound DMs to outbound outreach

and created internal documents, templates, and workflows to manage it all.


Created a monthly event calendar that was clear, consistent, and highly shareable, turning Kasa’s Instagram into a bulletin board for the Fitzrovia creative scene.
